William A. White, Anthony W. Loreg, Joseph W. Shaver, Mitchell L. Koerner, Rebecca Holloway, Eric Patrick Mortensen, Justin Miles McDonald, John Wickham, Marc A. Hudson, and Christopher John Hann (collectively referred to as the appellants) appeal the district court's dismissal of their petitions for judicial review of their driver's license suspensions through the agency action of the Kansas Department of Revenue (KDR). We affirm.
