Pete Whitlock appeals from his prison sentence after being convicted of indecent liberties with a child in violation of K.S.A. 21-3503 and indecent solicitation of a child in violation of K.S.A.2004 Supp. 21-3510(a)(1). Whitlock's sole argument on appeal is that the trial court erred in not granting his request to be sentenced to an optional nonprison sentence.
