MEMORANDUM OF OPINION DENYING PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR PARTIAL SUMMARY JUDGMENT

Before the Court is a motion filed by plaintiff Bruce Supply Corp. ("Bruce Supply") for partial summary judgment on its adversary complaint against the Debtor, seeking a determination that its debt is not dischargeable pursuant to Bankruptcy Code § 523(a)(4).1
