The primary issue on appeal is whether the insured, Holt Helicopters, Inc., whose aircraft sustained damages while operated by a pilot, without the flight experience required by the policy, may recover when there is no causal connection between the accident and the pilot's lack of experience. The trial court ruled, as a matter of law, that the insured could recover unless the insurer proved a causal connection...
