Plaintiff Leanne Engelhardt appeals the dismissal of her claim for wrongful termination under the Family Medical Leave Act, 29 U.S.C. § 2601, et seq. (the "FMLA"). We AFFIRM because defendant S.P Richards Co. ("SPR") employed fewer than 50 people within 75 miles of its Nashua facility, and defendants Genuine Parts Co.
