Before the Court is co-defendant Torres-Aviles' motion for revocation of the magistrate judge's order of pretrial detention without bail pending trial. (Docket No. 49). For the reasons that follow, defendant's motion is DENIED, and he is ORDERED DETAINED WITHOUT BAIL PENDING TRIAL.
