These are appeals by three defendants—two individuals, Daniel Bucci and Nigel Potter, and a business entity, LPRI, LLC ("Lincoln Park")—convicted after a jury trial of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and of multiple counts of wire fraud. 18 U.S.C. §§ 371, 1343, 1346 (2000). The essence of the scheme charged by the government was to bribe the then-speaker of the Rhode Island House...
