¶ 1 Sopi Daniel Kennar appeals the denial of his motion to withdraw his guilty plea. He contends that the plea was not entered knowingly, voluntarily, and intelligently because the trial court misinformed him of the applicable maximum sentence. However, based on our review of the record, we find both that the trial court properly advised Kennar of the applicable maximum sentence and that Kennar knowingly, intelligently, and voluntarily entered the plea...
