I. INTRODUCTION

This appeal arises out of interdebtor and intercreditor disputes in the jointly administered bankruptcy proceedings of Adelphia Communications Corp. ("ACC") and 230 of its direct and indirect subsidiaries (collectively "Debtors"), including Arahova Communications, Inc. and its direct and indirect subsidiaries (collectively "Arahova Debtors").
