Tammy Robinson has appealed from a judgment of the Jefferson Circuit Court entered on January 20, 2004, dismissing her complaint against Norman Lansford following a jury verdict in Lansford's favor. Having concluded that Robinson was not entitled to a directed verdict on the issue of liability, we affirm on that issue.
