Appellant, Donald Burns, Individually and d/b/as Burns Enterprises ("Burns"), appeals an adverse judgment awarding Michael Rochon damages in the amount of $10,500 for the conversion of gaming equipment. Burns raises five issues on appeal. In his first four issues, Burns argues that the evidence was insufficient to sustain a judgment against him for conversion.
