Michael Brian Flynn appeals following convictions for burglary in the first degree, two counts of armed robbery, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a violent crime. Specifically, Flynn argues the trial court erred in failing to find that the State violated Batson v. Kentucky1 by using five peremptory strikes to remove black females from his jury.
