Appellant plaintiff Arnold Hoffman appeals from the district court's granting of summary judgment for appellee defendants Applicators Sales and Service, Inc., Paradigm Window Solutions, Andrew Sevier, and Richard Robinov (collectively, "defendants" or "the Company"), and from the court's striking of the plaintiff's designation of an expert witness. We affirm.
