Cheryl D. Anderson appeals the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Mary Ann Walker in this unlawful detainer action. In her sole point on appeal, Ms. Anderson asserts the trial court erred in granting summary judgment in favor of Ms. Walker because a material dispute exists regarding whether Ms. Walker lawfully possessed the premises.
