Appellant Larry Wayne Parent (Larry) appeals the denial of his motion to modify. In three issues, Larry contends (1) the trial court erred in denying his motion for new trial, (2) the trial court erred in deeming appellee Kimberlee Ann Parent's (Kimberlee) requests for admissions, and (3) there is no evidence to support the trial court's award of attorney fees.
