George Washington, a resident of Maine who also goes by the name Anthony Long, sold cocaine base to a police informant in Lewiston, Maine, on April 15, 2003 and again on April 23, 2003.

Washington was charged with two counts of distribution of five or more grams of cocaine base, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(1)(B). Washington's co-defendants Nicholas Blake, John Brown, and Alvin Jackson were also charged...
