{¶ 1} Runyon Yarbrough was found guilty after pleading no contest in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas to four counts of vehicular assault, one count of failure to stop after an accident, one count of possession of cocaine, and one count of discharging a firearm into a habitation.
