Opinion by Justice MORRIS.

In this appeal following a jury trial, Barbara Holder-McDonald and Michael McDonald challenge the trial court's directed verdict on their claim for breach of fiduciary duty against Chicago Title Insurance Company. The McDonalds further challenge the trial court's denial of their motion for new trial on the issue of damages and contend there is an irreconcilable conflict in the jury's answers to two liability questions....
