I. INTRODUCTION

In this appeal from a judgment on his claims for wrongful termination as an employee of Champion Technologies, Inc., Kenneth Domke seeks a new trial on damages, disputes the superior court's rulings on issues involving vicarious liability and allocation of fault, and challenges the jury's award on the defendants' counterclaims for conversion and unjust enrichment.
