In this lawyer disciplinary proceeding, the Oregon State Bar (Bar) charged the accused with one violation of former Disciplinary Rule (DR) 6-101(B) (neglecting a legal matter entrusted to the lawyer).1 A trial panel of the Disciplinary Board found the accused guilty of that violation and suspended the accused from the practice of law for one year.
