This is an appeal from the trial court's dismissal of McComas' case for failure to prosecute. We reverse.

FACTS

Sabrina McComas filed this negligence action against Chris Ross on November 13, 2002 for medical bills, lost wages, physical injuries, and other damages, incurred as a proximate result of her injuries from a car accident. McComas' case was scheduled as number 15 on the trial docket for the week beginning September 7, 2004...
