MINTON, Judge.

The matter before us concerns five separate appeals. They have not been consolidated, but we heard them together because all arise from three interrelated Kenton Circuit Court cases concerning the same motor vehicle accident. We affirm the summary judgments entered in Case Nos. 2004-CA-001490-MR, 2004-CA-001472-MR, and 2004-CA-001491-MR. We reverse the summary judgments entered in Case Nos. 2004-CA-002127-MR and 2004-CA-002172...
