Marie Hoover appeals a no-evidence summary judgment rendered on behalf of Lee M. Larkin and Fouts & Moore, LLP (collectively "Larkin") in her suit for legal malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty, and deceptive trade practices resulting from Larkin's alleged mishandling of a settlement in an underlying case.
