This appeal arises from an order of the Circuit Court of Hempstead County, quieting title to the lands in dispute to appellees and dismissing appellants' claim for a prescriptive easement and for a permanent restraining order. Appellants now appeal the order, alleging that the trial court erred when it held that the lands in dispute should be titled in appellees, and that the appellants were not entitled to a prescriptive easement.
