Appellant Shephelah Loyd (Loyd) appeals the decision of the Circuit Court of St. Louis County (Court), Honorable Robert S. Cohen, which dismissed her cause of action. Loyd had filed a petition against Congress Airport Inn (the Inn), Kolwant Padda, and Deepa Padda.
