Plaintiff Rickey Errol Owen ("Owen") filed a petition for bankruptcy relief on November 18, 2003. Prior to filing his bankruptcy petition, Owen was involved in state court litigation with Defendant Jill Lundstrom ("Lundstrom"). Owen listed Lundstrom as a secured creditor on his schedules, but noted the obligation was disputed and that she had an "unsubstantiated claim of lien" in a 1977 GMC, a 1986 Isuzu...
