Appellant Jerry James Ellis appeals the jury verdict and order of the Pulaski County Circuit Court convicting him of rape, burglary, and terroristic threatening. As a result of his convictions, and pursuant to the trial court's finding that he was a habitual offender, Appellant was sentenced to life imprisonment on the rape charge, fifteen years' imprisonment on the terroristic threatening charge, and forty years' imprisonment on the burglary...
