This is a petition by Horning for a judgment to dissolve Horning Construction, LLC. Horning Construction, LLC is a limited liability company (LLC) organized under the laws of New York in December 2001. There is no operating agreement.

According to petitioner, he formed the business originally as Horning Construction Company, Inc. (Horning, Inc.) in July 1984....
