In this attorney disciplinary matter, the Commission on Lawyer Conduct filed formal charges against respondent.1 A hearing before the sub-panel, which respondent did not attend, was held regarding the charges. The sub-panel recommended respondent be disbarred from the practice of law. The full panel adopted the sub-panel's report and recommendations.
