OPINION

DAVIS, Judge:

¶ 1 Plaintiffs (the Landlords) appeal from a final order ruling that they constructively evicted Defendant (the Tenant), essentially through a course of ethnically charged animus. We affirm.

BACKGROUND

¶ 2 The Tenant and the Landlords entered into a lease wherein the Tenant agreed to lease certain property (the Premises) from the Landlords for a term of five years, running from October 2000 to September 2005...
