A grand jury indicted Simeon Lebleu, appellant, on four counts of retaliation. Three counts were for threats made against Judge K. Randall Hufstetler due to his service as judge of the 300th District Court of Brazoria County, and one count was for a threat made against Loretta Marion, appellant's ex-wife, for her service as a witness in Brazoria County in a family matter between appellant and Ms. Marion.
