¶ 1 Petitioner Kenneth James Cox, pled guilty in the District Court of Garfield County to Child Sexual Abuse in violation of 10 O.S. § 7115(E) in Case No. CF-2004-48. The Honorable Ronald G. Franklin, District Judge, accepted Cox's plea and sentenced him to twenty years imprisonment with all but the first fifteen years suspended.
