Appellant Denise Wilson ("Wilson") and two of her sons, Charles Stevenson and Alphonso Wilson, were charged with capital murder for the murder of their landlord, William Cunningham. Wilson was convicted of capital murder and sentenced to life imprisonment. She now brings an appeal claiming that the trial court erred in refusing to give a non-model jury instruction and in denying her motions...
