K.R.L. appeals from an order entered by the Bell Circuit Court in which the trial court denied K.R.L.'s petition for involuntary termination of parental rights. In the petition, K.R.L. sought to terminate the parental rights of P.A.C., the biological father of K.R.L.'s young son.
