In this one-brief case, appellant, Concrete Wallsystems of Arkansas, Inc. (Concrete), appeals from the trial court's refusal to strike the answer of appellee, Master Paint Industrial Coating Corporation (Master Paint), and from the trial court's dismissal of Concrete's complaint for lack of jurisdiction over Master Paint. We reverse and remand on both points.
