This bankruptcy appeal involves a real estate dispute in a non-core matter. Plaintiff Alameda Produce Market, Inc. (Alameda) claims that Defendants Bruce and Martin Massman (Massmans) breached contracts with Alameda when they leased property to Debtor Air Nail Company, Inc. (Air Nail).
