¶ 1 Dallas Jay Seabolt was tried by jury in the District Court of Muskogee County, Case No. CF-2004-179, and convicted of Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance with Intent to Manufacture, After Former Conviction of Two or More Felonies in violation of 63 O.S.Supp.2003, § 2-401(G).
