ROSENBLUM, J.

Plaintiffs appeal from a judgment denying their claim for specific performance of a real estate contract.1 The trial court concluded that the contract was not sufficiently definite because, among other things, it did not include a closing date and because the seller did not check a box indicating that she accepted plaintiffs' offer.
