Defendant appeals his conviction for driving under the influence of intoxicants in violation of ORS 813.010 on the ground that the trial court erred by denying his motion to suppress. Specifically, defendant argues that he was illegally seized when a volunteer fireman told him to stay at the scene of an accident until the police arrived.
