We review the referee's report and recommendation that the license of Attorney Jeffrey A. Kingsley to practice law in the state of Wisconsin be suspended for 60 days, that Attorney Kingsley be ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $2000, and that he be ordered to pay the costs of this disciplinary proceeding. Having conducted our independent review of the matter, we adopt the referee's findings...
