Appellant, George R. Neely, appeals from a judgment that he engaged in pro-fessional misconduct in violation of rules 7.02(a), 7.03(a), 7.04(j), 7.05, and 7.07 of the Rules of Professional Conduct (Part VII). Trial was to the court, which also imposed disciplinary sanctions on Neely. In four issues, Neely challenges the legal and factual sufficiency of the evidence to support the trial court's findings of professional misconduct...
