Challenging the sufficiency of the evidence at his jury-waived trial, the defendant appeals from his conviction of resisting arrest.1 See G. L. c. 268, § 32B. He also maintains that the judge relied on improper factors or otherwise impermissible information in sentencing. We affirm.
