The defendant, Bruce Blomquist, appeals his convictions after a jury trial in the Superior Court (O'Neill, J.) for attempted murder of George Frechette, see RSA 629:1 (Supp. 2005); RSA 630:1-a (1996); first-degree assault, see RSA 631:1 (1996); and second-degree assault, see RSA 631:2 (1996), of Jolene Frechette; and burglary, see RSA 635:1 (1996).
