McANULTY, Judge:

Pamela Andrew filed this claim after submitting to a physical examination for Social Security performed by Rita Ratliff, M.D., who worked as a contract physician with Cardiopulmonary Laboratories, Inc. Leo Begley, who is not a physician, owns Cardiopulmonary Laboratories and assisted Dr. Ratliff with portions of Pamela's examination.
