Appellant, Steve Bryant, entered a conditional guilty plea in the Caldwell Circuit Court to charges of first-degree robbery and first-degree assault. He was sentenced to ten years in prison for the robbery and eleven years for the assault. Appellant's sentences were to be served consecutively for a total of twenty-one years in prison.
