{¶ 1} On January 28, 1994, in response to a call from a neighbor, Chester Kozlowski went to the home of his brother, Edward, on Wamba Street in Toledo and found Edward's body lying on the floor. Defendant-appellant, Troy Tenace, was arrested several days later and was charged with aggravated murder during an aggravated robbery of 76-year-old Edward Kozlowski. Tenace was found guilty of murdering Kozlowski and was sentenced...
