Appellant John Patrick Dickinson appeals from his judgment of conviction for capital murder and attempted first-degree murder and his sentence to life imprisonment without parole plus twenty years, to be served concurrently. His sole point on appeal is that the circuit court erred in denying his motion to suppress a .40 caliber Glock pistol. We affirm the judgment.
