GREENE, J.:

Reginald L. Carter appeals his convictions for aggravated burglary and criminal damage to property, arguing that the district court erred in failing to give an instruction on a lesser included offense and challenging the sufficiency of the evidence to support his conviction of criminal damage to property. We affirm.
