This is an appeal from a take-nothing summary judgment in favor of appellees Eric Nicholas Levy, M.D. (Levy), Amarillo Area Healthcare Specialists, L.L.P. (AAHS), and Northwest Texas Healthcare System (NWTHS). In pursuing the appeal, appellants Gregory Shawn Bryant and Linsey Kay Bryant, individually and as representatives of the Estate of Kennalee D'Lin Bryant, a deceased minor, present two issues for our decision....
