Appellant, Donald Nelson, appeals a summary judgment order denying his petition for bill of review to set aside an order finding Nelson to be the father of K.N. In two issues on appeal, Nelson argues that the trial court erred (1) in finding that Nelson failed to present a meritorious prima facie defense to the underlying case and (2) by granting the summary judgment
